Ok guys, we need a close to exact number(within 5 people give or take) of who is going to the provincial meet for 2010.

Please RSVP on the thread and pay attention to the details. I will not be posting this on 15 different websites to make sure everyone gets it. Dan and I have paid for this website so that everything club related can be on the same site so please use it.

We are in the process of planning our 2010 Province wide meet. Everyone please hop on the thread and give your 2 cents on what we should be doing.

We need to decide before Christmas so Dan and I can call Parks Ontario and see what we are allowed to do based on what our users want. We will also be making a list of all those who are confirming going so we have a rough estimate of how many sites we will need.

If there are too many of us we will be forced to do group camping.

We will be uploading a patch to fix the rides/Gallery section. It should fix the thumbnail issue we've been having aswell as a slew of other behind the scenes things. Those things don't really bother us as much as they bother Scott since he is the one maintaining the site.

The other update we will be having shortly is a "Shops" section where you can add a shop to either the White list or Black list section aswell as write a short review describing your experience with the shop.

The only hiccup with these updates is because of the nature of the "Patch"(more like complete overhaul) for the rides section, you will have to re-upload your rides.

Sorry about the inconvenience guys but it had to be done. Hopefully there wont be too many other things that require us to re-do things but its to be expected since we launched the site while it was still in Beta stage.

We have split the club up into chapters and we need chapter presidents. Anyone who would like to nominate themselves or someone else please do it under the proper club chapter section in the forums.

I have created a nomination thread in every chapter except for the Ottawa Valley one to which I am the only member at the moment so by default I'm already chapter President.

I believe FlamingX and I will be holding yearly elections around this time of year.

We have made some improvements to the Upcoming events page. The Event Calender on the side will stream the current month and all its events.

If you wish to add an event in your region to the Calender please PM either DoctorPhate or FlamingX.

Keep your eyes on the front page as we continue adding other features. I apologize for the extended period of time between site improvements but our web designer is doing all this for us at the base price I paid for the initial design. Of course he has to work on his other clients stuff first which is understandable.
